Sky Multiroom

We've got 2 sky boxes at home. One with an english card which means only the english channels can be watched in the bedroom and the other with a full hd card in a sky + box. So it is possible to watch sky sports 1 in the bedroom and sky sports 2 in the living room, but does this qualify as multi-room or what?

I ask because I live away from home where I have my XBOX and can get sky player on my tv. If I had multi-room however, I would be able to watch sky tv for free in my place. What am I missing out on? Do I really need to pay the €14.99 a month for multi-room, or do I already have it and it's only a matter of sky flipping a switch in skyland.

    Thanks

You have everything you need BUT Sky won't do what you want.

You'll need to get a new card from them (for the upstairs box) and then connect both to the same phoneline and, of course, pay the €15 a month

There's no way around it, that's how it HAS to be done.
