Notifcations in Skype?

I'm using proswitcher with backgrounder( cydia). Works very well. However if I'm having a text chat with a Skype buddy, and I minimise Skype to the background, curruntly there are no audio alerts to let me know when I recurve a new message...so Skype is still running in the background, the messages keep coming through but…
