    hi, a quick question, do game dlc's from the uk store work on the games which i bought locally, ie in ireland

    Yep PSN-UK is the same for all European countries I've got a bunch of things from it with no hassle. The content release is based on the code on the side of your games box eg. BECS00050 if its the same as the stores code in the info' section it will work.

    PS- if you're DL fails you get like 5 more attempts so its good to go.

    the uk store very rarely has anything different to the store we access in ireland. i remember when the first map pack came out for CODworld at war they were on UK store a week before ours and they were region locked also.... i got them off a friend in uk and they definitely didnt work for me. its just something to be wary of. having said that, we game share all our games from the store so they work 99.9% of the time !

    is DLC region locked i know the disc's are not region coded but is the DLC:confused:

    Yeah it is, I found that out when I bought little big planet from video games plus (Canadian) and try'd to download some DLC from the Irish psn store..... It worked from the US store tho...

    Common misconception. You have infinite downloads on up to 5 ACTIVATED units.

    You can download it as many times as you want on your PS3.

    i asked because i have dragon age and wondered would the awakening expansion work on it when bought from the uk store
