Need advice on Rent allowance

Hi, I just got made redundant last week.... Renting in bray in 2 bed house - 1000 per month Is there anything i can apply for to supplement my rent as i have to give a couple of months notice to my landlord.. I think im way over the threshold rent limit for applying for rent allowance.... Any help appreciated :)

I suggest you go see your Community Welfare Officer. I don't know what rent supplement limits are in Bray but I know they are higher than Wexford. The CWO will inform you if you qualify and then provide you with the form to fill out.
