Never mind the Undertaker, the real streak began on the 31st March, 1985 when Tito Santana and the Executioner opened up what has become the pinnacle of the business, Wrestlemania. Back then, it wasn't even shown on Pay Per View; closed circuit theater showings being the big thing back then but Lord how it has grown to mean everything about pro wrestling today.

What are peoples warmest and greatest Mania moments over the years and why?

Technically this years was the 25th annaversary of Wrestlemania. :pac:

My favourite Wrestlemania was Wrestlemania X-7.
My favourite match (of all time) was Bret vs Owen at X.
My favourite moment I'm not so sure about...there has been some great moments. I need time to think about that one.

WrestleMania is 25 today!

Favourite memories :
WM6 Hogan vs Warrior (even though i was a hulkamaniac)
WM13 Bret vs Austin (when he bladed and struggled in the sharpshooter, blood pumping whenever he strained......amazing)
WMX8 Hogan Rock (favourite wrestler as a child vs fav all-time)
WMXX Benoit/Guerrero hugging (watching it on the Benoit Tribute RAW made me cry)
WM24 Orton beating Cena and Tripper. I was convinced HHH would win. Marked out when Orton got the fall.
WM24 HBK vs Flair
WM25 Cena's entrance. I LOVED IT! AAAAAGH MATRIX spots! C'mon!

I was 25 yesterday, I'd like to think at the age of 1 day I had some nod towards Wrestlemania, and it's always been an event I've associated with because of the link towards my own birth. I think my favourite WM match is either the Gimmick Battle Royal at WM17 (really enjoyed that) or Undertaker taking on Jake Roberts at Wrestlemania 8

My all time favourite WM has always been 9 though, loved the fancy dress and the toga...Jim Ross looked well in those days....
