Put on your favourite music, lie down flat out on your bed, close your eyes and relax..

Maybe you should keep an open mind on speaking to a professional? Are you in college? If so they can be a great help. I was feeling similiar to you in final year, things got way too much to deal with and they helped me see clearer.

I've been to a professional regarding the suicide, did nothing for me.

Just.... everything is catching up to me, I can't control it all anymore >.<

Try someone else? It's important to grab control from somewhere. Remember it WILL pass no matter how bad you feel now

Hi Midnight, first off... Take slow deep breaths, sounds totally trite but they do help. do you have someone with you or that you can ring now and vent to. Im not saying you have to go into huge detail if you dont want to, but just talk to, believe me, your friends wont mind you ringing you at this time when your upset so dont worry about that.

On the subject of talking to a professional, I know you said you spoke to someone about your friends suicide and it didnt help, but as you said yourself theres a lot more going on apart from that so it may be no harm to try a different counsellor to talk to about some of the other things. It may be too early for you to tallk about the suicide, and you may never need to, but it may be beneficial to talk to someone about the other problems.

Wish there was a magic cure all for panic and stress, unfortunately there isnt, but things will get better.
