Application tab in itunde for iphone

OK, in itunes, have my iphone attached, when i click on my device, it'll show me the different tabs...summary, info, applications, ringtones etc. but on the left hand side, directly under my device it will not give me an application tab, it has music, movies etc but no app tab. Ive gone into preferences and clicked apps.…

Yes it should be, not at my iTunes right now, but t sounds like it is not selected as a display option. Try Preferences or Options under one of the headers across top iTunes tool bar...
