100 euro should cover both. 70 for battery, and 30 for shoe's approx. ;)

To supply and fit or just to buy?

To supply me thinks. Battery is easy to install anyhow, save yourself a few quid. If you know someone who can do the brakes your laughing. Won't cost much for a mech to do it tho.

Get a local independant mech who might only charge about 30 - 50 quid to fit both.

Imo you would be better off making sure you get genuine brake pads. The spurious will work but they can tend to squeak a lot due to universal fit-type meaning it might not fit perfectly. Genuine pads will fit fine and not squeak if done right.
