Ah the Rissole! The snack of Kings!

But which Wexford town chipper makes the finest Rissole?

I'm torn between Caffola's and The Premiere (breadcrumb) myself.

Nothing beats a pack of sharkeys chips.

Contradicting me will result in long and painful ban from this forum! ;)

You must not like cooked chips then :p
Ill take a ban for that, sharkeys is one of the worst chippers ive come across.

Has to be premier, all the rest are terrible.
Caffola's are big (kinda round if i remember) and have a kind of spicyness quality to them, and they are battered and not a nice batter either.
Sharkeys are worse and very soggy.
One of them has way too much onion but i can't remember which.

Anyway I haven't been to any other bar premier for a few years but i doubt the rest have changed.

Caffola's. Was practically reared on them, and would live on them now if my hips would take it.

Premier chips are also good. I'll grant you that.
I like Sharkeys though. Its great to grab something on the way back from Curracloe then chill on the quay for a while.

Nothing beats the old frying Irishman in Castlebridge when he was in the caravan!

Anyone remember bride street chipper? Everything was greasy as hell but the rissoles were magic. :)

I remember Bride St Chipper had Curry Rissoles! Tasty.

    Sharky's are good for fish!
