    you buy a magazine (runnersworld) and when you get home to read the article you bought the magazine for in the first place has been ripped out by some tight fecker...In my case the article was how to train for the perfect 10k :(

    Watch the logs page....be very suspicious of anyone starting a new 10k training log in the next days, especially if they seem to be following the perfect training plan....

    True should have checked before leaving the shop alright, wont make that mistake again just didn't think someone A) would be that tight and B) have the balls to rip it out and put it back on the shelf.
