How do I configure my router for port forwarding?

Ok so, I can only download one file at a time from bittorrent other wise my router literally dies and I have to reset it. Im using the Zyxel piece of **** Eircom supplied. The GUI is like double dutch and frankly its a piece of wank to begin with. Ideas?
