While trying to find a theory test location in Dublin City Centre, I was brought to a location on the south side. Is the old on on Parnell Street near the Hill (Pub) gone ? Just wondering as I'm not sure where this new one is ?

Yep! Closed a good while now. Nearest one on northside is Santry.

The southside one is near Grand Canal Dock DART station.
Finding the test centre is harder than the test.

If you get the train to it, you just head straight out of the station & your there!!

Barrow St isn't it? I remember walking from Grafton St...seemed a lot shorter on the map!! I ended up walking way past it though so that could be why it seemed longer!!
Have an idea of the route before you head there cos anyone I asked on the way never heard of Barrow St.

Yes it's in Barrow Street, but unless you know what you're looking for, the tiny sign up high on the building isn't a lot of help. The very patient lady in the Pharmacy told me where it was. I suspect I wasn't the first to ask.

This is what the building looks like.

Coming from the train station it's on your left.
