PSP Go Games

Quick question lads,

I got myself a PSP Go today and was wondering.. Because I'm in Spain (And have a Spanish VISA) will the downloaded games also be in Spanish? My Spanish isn't that good so it'd be great have the option to change the language. In MediaGo, when you select Spain as your country it only gives you the language option of Spanish. Main games I want are GTA.

I realise this is a stupid question, but have you tried setting up an Irish or UK account with your Spanish VISA? You could try and ring Sony and explain the situation to them, maybe they will be able to make your Spanish VISA work with an Irish or UK account.

Just a heads up, there's a pretty big sale hitting the PSP PSN on Thursday, some really great game are half price or less, including the three GTA games. So I wouldn't buy anything until then. I actually think that most of the games on the PSN have multiple language options, but I guess it would suck to download it only to realise it's only in Spanish.

First think I tried was entering the Spanish VISA on my Irish PSN account but it doesn't work.

That's exactly what I thought, and as you said, I didn't want to waste 12 euro or so to find out if it was Spanish or not!

I thought of that but I could only find US/Japanese and a few UK ones on ebay. Would the UK ones work?

Yeah they do, it may be defaulted to Spanish when you start it but you should be able to switch it back to English.

I have a code for a full free copy of A Gran Turismo, MotorStorm Arctic Edge or Assassin’s Creed: Bloodlines, has to be used by tomorrow if you want it.

I assumed you would be able to change the language but I thought with larger games like GTA this might not be the case.
