I dont think we ever have or should discuss on going investigations. Be them into Gardaí or not. But thats just me. Post court and verdict then fire away.

Im going to lock this until our resident Boards.ie Barristers have a peek. They can decide.

EDIT: Right the verdict is in from the legal eagles.

As per boards.ie policy this matter is sub judice (before the courts etc) and so is not to be discussed.

This has been the policy on the ES forum......but didnt want anyone getting into a hissy fit because the person is a member of AGS etc etc. Actions had to be PC blah blah. So posts are deleted and it shall remain locked.
