    One this weeks 'punchin and crunchin' we will be bringing you extensive and exclusive coverage from Sat nights 'Rumble In Rush 3' for all who couln't make it and for all you who did make the awesome show....tune it Tue night. We will also be bringing you the lowdown on UFC 111 as well as MMA NEWS and WHATS GOING ON. Tue night 8pm-9pm on dundalkfm.com and don't forget you can catch all the shows on fight.ie(they are usually put up the next morning :)) We will be giving out the text number at the start of the show on Tue night and we wanna hear from 'YOU' about Sat night and Irish MMA/MMA in general. We are your voice........so use it
