As in there is no antenna socket on the actual radio, or the wire is missing from the car?

Bring it back to Aldi or Lidl with the receipt.
They are always very good with replacements for faulty products.
Will replace on the spot if in stock or refund if not available

i think that you just need a adaptor,

insert into hole on silvercrest radio and connect your aerial as normal.

Fitted 1 to missue's Skoda on Fri.Needed ISO - DIN adapter for radio.Got 1 in Maplins for €7.Also need to swap over a couple of the cables on the connector as it wasn't supplying 12v constant for the memory so losing radio setting when ignition switched off.Nice radio when I got it working properly though.

Halfords! or ebay, halfords would be quicker I imagine though.

yeah halfords would be the handiest for ya, I got one in Maplins once but the place is a ripoff,

you just plug that into the antenna socket on the head unit and your original cable will just plug onto that.

I got the Silvercrest one with bluetooth for 30 quid at the Lidl warehouse sale last bank holiday weeekend, was so keen to get it fitted that I ended up paying another 20 quid in Halfords for the ISO leads :(

mine works fine despite the ariel being missing from the roof.... although my friend has the same one in her Fiesta and the reception is poor.
