iphone problem

    I got my new iphone on thursday and today i was texting and uploading a viedo to youtube ,put it down on my desk and it turned off
    i went to turn it on but noting happened ,pluged it into the charger and still nothing
    can anyone help

    Are you holding down the button to turn it on? Hold it down for a few seconds. If you are it sounds like you need to go back to O2 and they will replace it on the spot if you only got it thursday.

    ya i done that and tryied resetting it, i got it in vodafone will they replace it also

    Are vodafone stocking them in there shops now or was it delivered from ios?
    Either way you would of gotten a warranty and they will fix it,
    I'm just thinking it could be abit more hassle getting it to IOS if it was delivered to your house directly from them (as was mine),
    IOS are very difficult to get in touch with. But either way bring it into your nearest Vodafone shop and they should be able to sort it for you
