Anyone have a clue how to get a tourist visa for madagascar? No information on irish foreign affairs website, no madagascar embassy and the only information i've found online relates to us citizens.

in which case you'll need what's listed on the site, plus proof of your address in Ireland (Electricty or Phone bill), a return envelope that can be send from England (so it will have to be with DHL, unless you can pop over to the North and get a Royal Mail envelope there) and a Sterling Bank Draft (unless you have a bank account in pounds, with a cheque book)

What may be less hastle is to go through an intermediary such as Travcour. It's what I generally tend to do for African visas, because often they're not as reliable as it says on the embassy site.
