    Hi.
    What allowances can a publican claim for staff drinks and Christmas drinks.
    Also wastage.
    Are there any wastage and margins tables available.

    You can claim for all of the above .Just take note of all drinks given out .
    There are no wastage and margin tables anywhere I think .
    Seen a list of allowances for drink trade somewhere though .
