My new Swarovski pvi-2 6-24x50 tds-4i will not zero ,at 25yards with the windage turned all the way left the shots still hit 2 inches to the right. I have took it off and remounted it 3 times but still the same. I then mounted it on a different rifle with different mounts and it still shot off to the right with the windage turned fully to the left.
i am sending it back first thing monday anyone else ever have a problem with swarovski.
    thanks
    stephen

did you try counting your clicks with the windage knob to see how many you got in total, the centering the scope in the middle of the range and then either bore sight it to see where shes pointing or get a loan of a collimator to check your line up?

If you turn the windage turret counter clockwise until it stops,
and then turn it clockwise 2.5 turns this should be mechanical centre position for this scope,
you can turn it another 2.5 turns clockwise until it stops to check.

As foxshooter243 said bore sighting or checking with a collimator,
    would be a good idea.
    Then try the rifle again.

    Dvs.

What mount system/ base are you using? Also what rings are you using? What rifle you mounting it to?

Do not despair, at least you can rely on swarovski to take care of you, they are second to none in quickly replacing a faulty scope afaik, return the scope for inspection and they will sort you out:)

a friend of mine had the same problem only it was with a s&b,it just would not have enough clicks to bring it into centre,
it was the warne mounts and how he had mounted it on the rifle was the problem,
he had swung the life out of the screws and it had a twisting effect on the scope,
as previous posts have said wind the scope windage all the way to one side then count them till it stops and then repeat back to half way, then remount with very little torque(just a pinch)and try again,

So what did bore sighting on a target with a grid pattern or using a collimator,
show about the relationship between the point of aim of the scope and the rifle bore?
