ANYONE HER ON A LOW GI DIET ?

is anyone here on a low GI diet ? or has tried it ? i am on one for about a week now. how do you find it ? i think i will cry if i have to have another chicken stir fry, ive never eaten so many veg in a week before !! i would love some new ideas for dinner, for another week i can only have fish/chicken.

thanks that curry recipe looks good. i havent used split lentils before , are they available in supermarkets ? tinned or do they come in bags ? or do i need a health food store . pardon my ignorance !
