    So I decided want to learn the drums...whats the best beginner drum set to get for relatively cheap

    I was in Limerick last weekend and I saw a PDP kit in Savins and Steamboat Music for 450, not a bad kit for starting and had Sabian B8 cymbals. I'd keep a look out for that. Depends on your budget, you can go above or below, but I would avoid going below 400. Also keep an eye out for some good 2nd hands, Mapex and Tama are good too.

    Some Pearl Targets still knocking about from Christmas at €389 or so.

    Cant get them online so best bet is stopping into a local shop and asking.

    Best bet is to look around adverts.ie. Theirs usually many a cheap good kit circulating around the place.
