Hi,

I'm having two strange and very annoying problems with my 1911 (again). First of all, the follower in the mag (the thing being pushed by the spring I think) gets stuck about 1/4 way down and it takes alot of force with some sort of tool to get it down. It also jams on the way up too, so the gun just shoots blanks.

The second problem is that when I fire, the mag falls out of the gun. My guess is that the mag release is loose, so it shakes itself enough to release the mag.

Any help would be appreciated.
