How do you reinstall Norton 360 ?

My laptop recently had problems and had to be fixed and restored to factory settings , unfortunately I had no proper back-up done , my computer guy put AVG anti-virus on it , when I click on my Norton icon it's telling me to renew my subscription but if I go and sign in to My Norton I'm told that my subscription doesn't…

My laptop recently had problems and had to be fixed and restored to factory settings , unfortunately I had no proper back-up done ,

I've gone to the help facility but it has no mention of how to reinstall ,
I'd be grateful for any help .

quick answer - stick with the AVG, norton is more hassle than its worth...
