UPS Tracking

Apologies guys if this isn't in the right thread but I had a look around and this seemed the most appropriate place for it.
I'll cut to the chase. I ordered a phone from China to test and they shipped it via UPS. No problem there, it was in Ireland within 3 days and went from Dublin to Shannon.
However, it's been in Shannon the last two days now with this current message :

THE SHIPMENT IS BEING HELD BY BROKERAGE FOR REASONS BEYOND UPS' CONTROL / DELIVERY RESCHEDULED

I know this is fairly common but I'm just wondering what it means? Have customs kept it or are UPS waiting for a load to go up West, were I live?

    Any ideas?

Appreciate any help and I'm not too worried, just curious.

Again, apologies if it's in the wrong spot.

    Dooce.

Just a little update that might be help to anyone buying electronics from China.

Been in Brokerage for the last week. rang them up and they've asked me to send on a receipt of the transaction to determine the correct value of the phone.
They say they hold a lot of items from Chinavasion.com because the Chinese put such a low valuation of the package on the outside. I Paid €92 for a phone and they put the value of it on the box to €34 :D

Will keep ye updated, do expect my package in the next couple of days.

    Right, phone arrived.
Paid €35.84 for import duty, tax and whatnot.

Quite pricey for a little phone but so far, it's worth it.

    Just thought I'd tell ye's all. :)
