    Hi all,
As you can see from my title I have a technical interview the week after next for a financial software consultant position.
I've never had a technical interview before (my main degree is in Maths, but I just started a diploma in IT - hence the software position) and I have no idea what kind of questions they'll ask me.
Will they ask me to write out code (I have advanced SQL, intermediate Java skills and a basic level of a few other languages)? Or algorithms? I know a good deal of Maths is needed for the role so will they ask me questions about that? I actually graduated a few years ago so my maths is VERY rusty so I'm a little worried about that! If anyone out there already has a position like this or ever interviewed for one any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks :-)

Are you getting interviewed by the company or a recruitment agency?
