I actually think it's just 1 mile exactly, but this is 2nd hand evidence. You're better off running down the Kilbarrack rd to the coast rd, much nicer spin :)

A mile, so I am guessing a run on the coast rd. would nearly be 2 miles or so? Would have to drive to get to it but since the evenings are getting longer it would probably be a nicer run than in the park.

It's 1.5km as stated on the information signs in the park.

Look here http://www.detail.ie/project:father-collins-park and click to the 5th image and you should just about be able to make it out. I'll be doing a few laps myself tomorrow :) .

Lovely circuit, but gets tedious acknowledging you fellow runners every couple of minutes.

So I've taken to acking you when I see you first and when I know I'm on my last lap... so I'm not being rude :P

In saying that though, there's very little acks in reply, could be everyone finds it tedious.

Does anyone use any of the equipment for core work?

edit: oh, and I measured it as 5 meters short of 1500 with a cateye bike odometer, that's keeping on the white line between pedestrian and cycle track.
