Hey all, dont really post alot on the forum, but read quite a bit, anyway to the point - i work in a shop but I am looking some alternatives to my usual meals.
I would eat some boiled rice in the morning and I am looking to change this as there isnt really much, if any nutritional value to it. They do fried but i'd rather stay away from it too. I go to the gym at 7am and take a shake after which tides me over to 11 when I tend to eat one of my 2 'big' meals a day. We have a deli there but I am not really keen on eating processed chicken etc. What do you all tend to go for at this time?
I also am finding myself eating alot of brown bread with peanut butter recently, I want to cut out the bread - what else could I use, what do you all find works grand?
I would prefer ideas that favour muscle development.
    Thanks.

ok, 7-11 without a solid meal, no good. every 2 hours, 3 max. if your workin and find it hard, maybe a few cashew nuts to keep u goin till u get your break. food that favours muscle growth is generally bland and boring. muscle growth seems to enjoy pain and suffering, whether at the table or in the gym. find something that works for you and stick with it.
tuna, chicken, egg whites, cod.salmon if ur looking for some good fats and protein. sick of bread-wraps maybe? pasta, rice, peanut butter occassionally.

I'm sure you'll get lots more help from others too. try to keep it simple. try your chosen diet for a while..lets say 4 weeks, if there's results stick with, if not change it up. that's assuming your training is up to scratch to.

Make it boiled brown rice and maybe swap the bread for crackers with banana? or home made pancakes?
