    I just have to share this. I found her email so cute.

    One work colleague ran her first 5k last year, and also successfully finished 2 sprint triathlons.

    This year she's done 2 5Ks already. She's not the fastest of runners, but you can see how much she enjoys running. Anyway, she just sent me an email, which contained the following:

    I'll send my 10km Great Race in Phoenix Park on 18th April race report after my 5 mile in Killarney. I know I said I'd never do 5 miles and I know I said never ever a 10km.... but this is where it stops! Definitely.

    Obviously I responded by offering to pace her to her first marathon. It's only a matter of time.

    you might also remind her that there is a 3 year waiting list for MDS so she might as well put her application in now :-)

    Probably most peoples attitude in fairness to her. The innocence of "youth" :)
