So I've been on my fitness buzz a few months now and it's going well. Seeing massive improvements and have been keeping up the effort. Today though I don't know what was going on but I just wasn't feeling it. On treadmill and got off after 5 minutes, went on weights and after one or two sets just stopped. Into studio doing crunches, etc. and after one round sound feck it -headed for the steam room and left after 30 mins!

Have been really good up to now keeping up the effort and usually pushing through! Today though I just couldn't get into the swing! Does this happen most people?

Try taking a break for a few days or a week. Then if you still dont really wana train id say change your program.

Usually people dont feel like training when their just tired from a number of months of training and need a break or else they have kept the same program for too long and become bored of it.
