    hi,
just wondering if anyone knew of a semi-contact kickboxing club in naas or the surrounding areas?
Points sparring if possible, did it for 3 years and miss it now after moving away from original county.
looking to get fit again as i havent been training for over a year.
    thanks!

    theres nothing at all nearby?
i know a lot of fighters scoff at semi-contact points but im 5ft 2", 30 year old with a baby, although i loved the sparring & fitness part i dont want to get too beaten and bruised doing light or full contact!

would maybe tkd be a good option instead?
    thanks!

theres Combat Kickboxing in Prosperous on Mon & Wed @ 8pm, they fighters compete mostly at fullcontact but there is a large section of those training there that just do the conditioning and pad work. No pressure on anyone to spar.

Only place I know anyway near naas for semi are the bushido clubs in celbridge and lexlip.
