Hi all I was wondering if anyone could help me I wasnt to try and loose my baby weight after having two babies in two years. I don't have alot of time on my hands so a dvd that I can put on when the kids are having a nap that can help me loose weight. I have tried vicky entwistle and a yoga dvd, I found the yoga one really difficult to get used to and the vicky entwistle one is ok but it is a little long, I really would like a 20-30 min one from warming up to cooling down. All suggestions welcome. Thanks

    Hi there
I posted earlier today on how to shift my jelly belly after 4 kids!
Its not easy and the longer it goes on the more frustrated you become.
My youngest is 10 months and 5 weeks ago I bought a double buggy. I dont know why I didnt think of it before - now I just stick the youngest two in the buggy (older 2 at school) evey morning and head out for a good fast walk.

I done a bit of research first on a good sturdy buggy and ended up buying a Jane Powertwin Pro. I perfect for my two as the back seat fully reclines so the baby sleeps and the toddler sits up front and watches the world go by!

They are quite expensive new so I bought one second hand through donedeal.ie (few on gumtree also)

As for the dvd - I only ever bought one. The natalie cassidy one when she lost all the weight. It was long too with a lot of complex moves and I got bored with it fast. Also I could never get the kids to synchronise their naps to get the 40 minutes together. I must admit I was tempted to buy the jessie wallace one when I saw the recent pictures of her - she looks fab!

Anyway, Im new here too so dont have any great advice, just know where you are coming from. But i would definately recommend the walking - its good for your head too as its the only 45 minutes in the day where the kids are content and quiet and I have some mental space to myself. Good luck

    Hiya

The best DVD that i have used and also from other reviews I have read is the davina mccall power of 3 one. 3, 30 minute workouts that are good and tough so that you can do an easier version at the beginning and then go to the tougher as you get better.
