    Hi all - just wondering what the dance scene is like around the country - Im a dj based in Galway and its pretty quiet - looking for gigs - can anybody point me to dj agencies who deal with dance music? I have demos available online if anybody wants a listen - any help appreciated!
    I play house/tech house/prog - turn my hand to any style really - appart from Gabba!

    Its the same every where im afraid, with the style of music you play would be a bit harder to get paid work, If you were a commercial club dj I could have pointed you some where in Galway, but try Star djs and Eml, they are Dublin based agencies, you would be better going on your own, as most agencies will screw you money wise, just keep handing in Demos it will pay off, Ive being there:)

    Nobody will give you dance gigs unless you are seriously good. 95% of the djs out there put on their dj through promoting and friends who promote.

    Nah man, demos are the way. Keep on sending them out. Email every club night in the UK.

    Just have to get that big break and soon he couuld be a superstar dj like Seb Fontaine.
