Ewan Pearson, Sol O'Carroll, Jon Averill
    Friday 26th March
    The Button Factory

We're pretty excited to have Ewan Pearson back in Dublin. Although he's always been one of our favorite guests (this is now his fifth set for Shock!) he seems to ubiquitous in the press right now. Having recently completed high profile productions duties for Delphic (Acolyte) & Tracy Thorn (Love & Its Opposite) as well as M83's acclaimed Saturdays = Youth.

For more on Ewan's take on production check out Guardian Music Weekly's recent feature here: http://shrinkalink.com/34498

It's his DJing abilities that concern us at Nightflight. Anyone who witnessed his Shock shows in Kennedys will attest as to why Ewan is respected as among the best DJs out there. Pulling off flawless transitions sustained for long stretches. Layering textures and percussion in a matter that seems utterly organic.

In an era when every indie band & their cousins seeming to be jumping on the decks (& lets face it in most cases cheapening what a DJ should be) its refreshing to see someone who is an absolute master of the art reminding us that at the centre of every great night is a great DJ.

Doors 11pm & warming up for Ewan will be Jon Averill & Sol O'Carroll
