Possibly your CV joint, not hugely expensive to get replaced.

Constant Velocity joint, it's a device on your driveshafts which allow your front wheels to steer while still allowing power to be transferred to drive car! Basically bendy joints which wear out over time, what mileage on your car?

Find a carpark or nice wide open space, turn steering wheel hard to one side and hold it there and drive in a circle and then in the opposite direction, if you hear a clonk, clonk, clonk or clack, clack, clack its definitely CV's, if its happening when car is driven in a straight line then its probably(tho not definitely) NOT your CV's.;)
