There are a few that I've found and a number on this forum, including myself. There has been an Irish vegan society set up recently, though the well established Vegetarian Society of Ireland support both vegans and vegetarians. The vegan society in the UK is pretty well established and has been great at getting the vegan friendly symbol out there. We have had a few threads on here about helping going from veggie to vegan if you have a look about. Plus, any questions, ask away :)

Are you going from veggie to vegan, or straight out vegan? I had been vegetarian for a number of years and found a gradual transition, like having oatmilk at home on cereal and in tea for a few months before cutting out all animal products totally was a nice gradual introduction. And get the pure spread in Dunnes/Tesco to kick that butter. I know, butter is lovely, but you don't miss it so much after a while.
