Entrance Exam For Music This Saturday??

    Hey ive applied to the pure music course in maynooth and the test is this saturday

    im wonderin how well do i have to do on the test to actually get to the next step,the audition and interview?

    and more importantly,does anybody have sample papers of the test? i recieved one from maynooth in the post but id like to have more so i can practice

    any help is appreciated,thanks!

    Hi
    Unfortunately you'll only get that one sample paper but its pretty similar each year. The only thing that changes is the essay question.
    You have to well enough I'd say as the amount of applicants are growing each year and the department are raising their standards.
    Its not that bad, just do the sample one and if you are fine with that you should have no problem on Saturday.
