Pin code for Sky plus?

    Hi folks.

    Got Sky HD installed recently and our sky plus box shifted into our bedroom. Sky HD recordings that have been selected to be "kept" can be deleted no problem by entering the four digit pin code, (last four numbers of the viewing card)
    however, our sky plus upstairs won't delete any shows that have the keep symbol, the pin code is wrong despite us trying to enter the last four digits of that veiwing card?

    Does anyone know if their is a default pin code, or will I have to call sky on their 0818 number, (I have been told this is a premium rate line)?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    i have a programme on mine for months and cant view it since me father decided to put keep on it.

    its the last 4 numbers of the first card put in it.. So if you have the old blue one its prob the code off that..

    You're right High Heels and the pin can be re-set online if you've lost that original card.
