Over the past year I have lost 4 st 2.5 lb. I did this through weight watchers, gym & running. I would like to lose another 7- 14lbs. I tend to be very strict Mon - Fri then ease up a bit Sat & Sun. Would love some help here. I'm def not as healthy as some of you guys here so thats where you come in. Here goes:

Breakfast- cheerios & low fat milk

Lunches- chicken salad/veg soup/open chick sandwich/smoked salmon & laughing cow ex light on 1 toast

Dinners- rice, pasta or noodles with chicken & veg/veggie curry/chilli/mince balls/ (potato wedges-odd time as a treat!)

Snacks- ww yougurts, fruit, pkt velvet crunch crisps

Weekends are pretty much the same- maybe a pkt of haribo sweets or bar of choc thrown in... All of this leaves me within my ww point range but its not working anymore. I feel if I cut down on my food anymore I'll be starving myself.

    Exercise:
Mon- spinning, toning class, aerobic class
Tue- walk (5.5 km) or run (7.5 km)
    Wed- walk (5.5km)
    Thurs- spinning, toning/boxing class
    Fri- night off
    Sat- spinning & toning class
    Sun- walk/run

Im still carrying weight on my stomach & am naturally bit bigger on my hips/thighs although they have seriously reduced with weight loss. What I want to do is lose the last bit of weight & tone the areas where I carry a bit more.

So my question is- am I doing the right exercises? What do I need to eat in order to lose this last stone?

    All advice greatly appreciated.

Well done - 4 stone is excellent!

You will need to start getting tighter with the diet. Cheerios for breakfast is pretty much sugar with milk! The crisps too - not good to have them every day. WW yoghurts - I would say they are full of sugar - check the labels.

How about trying porridge or eggs for breakfast or Shredded Wheat/Weetabix? Have you thought about doing weights? The 'toning' classes - these probably don't have you using anything other than pink dumbbells?
