Ok at the risk at sounding like a total noob here has anyone ever heard of or tried yogalates? I've been looking at it online and it looks like an interesting break from regular yoga, I figured to core training aspect of the pilates might do my IBS some good in combination with the stretching from the yoga. I already power walk for an hour a day *most* days and do a bit on an exercise bike too since I got one a week or two back so I thought this might be a good balance to the mild cardio I do. Will it build muscle strength at all? I don' think I need to tone up much really, my tummy already looks muscley, my thighs are a bit flabby on the inside but that doesn't really bother me, my arms are one area I wouldn't mind making a bit stronger and more toned though as I've noticed I've no strength in them after not working in the garden for months on end! Thanks!
