    Hello everyone,

Can anyone give me advice on either of these machines as a home unit. Is one better than the other. Where can one buy them? What should you expect to pay.

Thanks for any of your help

Lidl do a tens unit fairly regularly, it's really cheap. about 25-30 euro. That's about as cheap as you'll get with TENS.

Haven't seen TSE used much here, but saw one advertised for about 250.

I'd advise people to buy a cheap TENS unit first and see if they have any relief with it. If I was buying it for myself I'd probably go for the Neurotech one which is about 100, but clearer and easier to use.
