Bought a Tefal Actifry in June 2009, used it 4 or 5 times, went to use it on Tuesday and it caught fire when I opened the lid to investigate the black smoke pouring out of it. Tefal say on their website it does not catch fire, but I recognise a flame when I see one. Returned it to Argos today and got a cash refund.

I agree. What's the issue? Sh|t hit the fan, and the shop refunded you. What's the problem with how they resolved it?
