When does a person with no parents stop becoming an orphan? I mean if a 50 year old person's parents are recently deceased does that still mean he is an orphan even at 50 years old? :confused:

Well you're always somebodys child, so I guess you're always somebodys orphan.

I assume, legally, until you are no longer a child and don't require a guardian.
