Certain Youtube Videos Freezing?

This happening to anybody else? It only seems to be with videos that have that red "cc" button on them next to the volume control but videos without them work fine. I thaught maybe it was something to do with IE but no Mozilla was the same.

Anybody elese experience anything like this latley?
