    On the 28/1/09 my son was arrested for possesing a knife and a pool cue,and cheque fraud.He has gone on the run to Germany.Can a EAW be issued,are they rare.Im very scared for him as he had a serious drug problem then which he has now goten over,he has changed his life,but is in love with a german girl and i guess cant bare being away from her for a wile.He was remanded twice so St.pats isnt much to him

    Please help

    people on boards can't give out medical or legal advice it would get the site into a whole heap of trouble if they allowed it. There are groups that offer free legal advice, you need to get in touch with one of them.
