    Hi,

I ordered some fish oils, whey protein and a shaker from them on 23 Feb 2010 but as of yet still haven't received it.

I emailed them around 10 days ago and she told me to wait 21 business days - which is today according to her.

    Still no sign of it.

Anybody else dealt with these before and have an idea of their delivery times?

    Cheers

I could nearly walk the earth in 21 business days. Flippin' ridiculous time for delivery of anything.

    Hi,

My orders shipped on the 10th of March and still no sign of them. Emailed them earlier.

I ordered fish oil from them about the same time as the OP, they arrived on Tuesday.

Not sure I'll order from them again - 21 business days delivery time is ridiculous in this day and age - the slow delivery option is no cheaper than Amazon.com who can deliver in 5 or 6 days usually.

I had the same... I was sure they'd gone walkabout but showed up on day 21!

21 business days is beyond a joke... I've ordered stuff from bodybuilding.com, elite and APT and never waited longer than 5 days for delivery

iherb.com are fantastic for quick delivery. Sometimes we've gotten stuff in 2 days, and that's from the states.

    Thats strange.

It seems it eventually arrived today, well a piece of paper came through the letterbox when I was out today saying to collect a delivery in one of the An Post sorting offices.

However there is also little over €20 customs charge to :o, obviously my order is over a certain amount, think its around €50 or so.

Is this a common thing? I think I'd have to say no thank you if I was asked for ''customs money''. Sounds well dodge.
