What a result. They looked dead and buried after last week's result in Turin.
It's not too long ago they were fighting relegation. Roy Hodgson has turned them into a decent side and done it the hard way, fair play.

    Glazers Out!

LOL, I enjoyed hearing him extolling the virtues of Wayne Wooney last weekend.

    Hopefully not.
It's been nice to see Duff producing some good form for them, he seemed as if he was coasting slowly towards retirement at Newcastle.

They should get him on the Jonathan Ross show this weekend.

What an interview that would be.

I have always had a soft spot for Fulham up until they ditched Coleman and brought in Sanchez

Glad to see them doing well under Hodgson, he seems like a throughly nice bloke and has done a good job wherever he has been

He reminds me of Bobby Robson in a way.

Yeah, a competent English manager. Like hens teeth these days.

Yeah, Juve had their thrid choice keeper, a 39 year old midget, a decimated defense and a dubious red card. It was impressive but as a Juve fan Donetsk is a more impressive scalp in 2010 ATM

    He's the very special one.

Hats off to Fulham and Hodgson, I had to wipe my eyes when I checked the scoreline. Amazing stuff, name on the cup!!
Shades of Middlesboros great comeback in same cup a few yrs ago...

Actually delighted for them. Went out when it was 2-1 and was happy out to see the final result. Amazing.

I love watching Fulham in Europe. I could only watch one game tonight and I had no hesitation in choosing the Fulham game. I knew they would go about it in the right manner and that even 3-1 down from the first leg they were in with a shout. It was so satisfying watching Hodgeson's team get another big scalp tonight, they deserve it. I agree with Bubs though, Shaktar was an even bigger scalp.

I can't wait for their next European game.

You can't help but like Roy Hodgson. The Cottage is a very difficult place to go the last few years.

Its great when you've been pottering around the game for decades and then at a near pensionable age become feted by your own. They should put up a statue of Hodgson when he get lifes winding up order.

You just have to take your hat off to the man. He just gets on with it and there's no fuss.

Brilliant stuff this season, really turned Zamora around, cant believe he only got 4 goals in 41 games last year!

The real test for Hodgson and Fulham will be next season and who they bring in that will be able to slot into an established side.

One thing about this Fulham side, no-one dislikes them.

Is Barthez back, playing again?

Whatever about the pedantics, fair f*cks to Fulham - that's a fantastic result.

    I'd echo The Recliner's view

I distinctly remember the day Liverpool played at Craven Cottage and won 0-2 with Dolan condemning Hodgson and Fulham who had only been there a few games. Also like Fulham to win away from home on/because of the very rare occasions it happens.

I've often said (not on here unfortunately) that Hodgson is a fantastic manager. If he was younger i think he could have been the next Man Utd manager. Wouldn't be surprised if Liverpool made a move for him if they got rid of Rafa.

    Fair play indeed

Roy Hodgson seems like a good bloke, Clint Dempsey too, and Bobby Zamora's had quite the turnaround this season -- he won me a first goalscorer bet earlier in the season, and hasn't looked back since :pac:
