Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi all,

    I had a jacket nicked over the xmas with car keys in it :mad:
    Had a spare at home so am using that since then.
    Checked with main VW dealer and they wanted me to bend over to get a replacement.
    Ordered the correct blank key on good ole ebay to match my existing frequency and have got it cut and synched with the central locking.

    However, I need to get it programmed to work with the immobiliser and this requires the VAG software as far as I know.
    Anybody on here recommend or know somebody in Dublin that could help me out?

    Have a friend that's in the same boat and he has ordered and received his replacement key also.

    We are willing to pay somebody to programme the two keys.
