    Hi all,

My friend just had a boy and we are trying to find some things to get for him, any suggestions/directions in the general Dublin area? Anything alternative or unusual appreciated :)

For some unusual stuff I'd check out the shops in Temple bar, you can get the cutest little things for babies there, they even do baby band tshirts! :p

For all the usual stuff Next is the best, and Dunnes have some very cute stuff.

Online there's Threadless, this stuff is deadly.

I second threadless, bloody fantastic prints!

My friends own a shop off Camden Street www.mayfly.ie that has gorgeous organic baby stuff, I got this for another friend's baby

Not everyone's cup of tea but my friend's partner is a big boss fan!

    Mayfly is lovely all right.

There's another one in the westbury mall that has some pretty cool stuff.

    Otherwise you could try www.hairybaby.ie

Check out http://www.koalakids.ie too, I got something from them for my brothers baby girl and they were absolutely delighted with it.

Organic cotton is supposed to be a lot better for the babies too.
