    Hi All,

I have a Porche Algear twin cylinder air cooled tractor that I need parts for. Anyone know where I can get a dynamo, a bracket for holding on the dynamo and a downswept exhaust?

    Thanks

Don't know but can you post a picture, never knew Porsche did tractors

The tractor's pulled in fairly tightly in a shed so I haven't got a great pic yet but if I get a chance I'll pull it out and get a full length side picture.

They've featured in Irish Vintage Scene and probably classic tractor mags. From what I remember reading, owners had to get parts from Germany.

Yep Sean, I've read about parts having to come from Germany too.

Thanks Blue850, I must get in contact with that crowd tomorrow. Have you used them before?

No, I just know the owner collects Porsche stuff and he has an ad in this months Tractor magazine advertising Porsche spares.

Porsche produced agricultural tractors from 1934 to 1963, more HERE.

There are a fair few here in Ireland, get along to an IVETA rally sometime over the summer and you're almost guaranteed to see a few.

The Vintage rally on Easter Sunday at the Tipperary racecourse in Limerick Junction will have a Porsche car and tractor theme this year.

Will look to see if there is similar organisation in the UK, wish I kept my international B275 when the father sold the Farm.

Be a bit difficult storing it in London

    That's probably the NVTEC then.

If you're anywhere near Dorset at the beginning of September, this is probably the world's biggest gathering of old farm machinery:
    The Great Dorset Steam Fair

Cheers will have a look at that

Yep, a deep red is the original colour but one of the guys that had the Porche before us seems to have decided he'd prefer orange! It does look nice though! We're hoping to have it at the rally in Tipp

Sorry to bump an old thread but I just finished designing a website for a company that has just been setup by the man who owns those tractors that were in the Irish Vintage Scene.
He's selling all parts (new and secondhand) for Porsche Diesel and Allgaier tractors. He imports them from Germany, thus reducing the shipping costs for the end buyer.
    Here's the site anyway: http://www.dldvintagetractorparts.ie/
